The graphic card is a NVIDIA GeForce GT 220 in my new pc and my basic laptop with a mobile intel 4 series express chipst family has no problems and looks better! How do you fix this?.
NVIDIA 960M DRIVER STOPS RESPONDING THEN RECOVERS 64 BIT
My pc has 4GB of ram and op is 64 bit windows 7 premier, my other computers are less powerful than this and they run perfect on the big screen! i tryed the pc in my bedroom on my 22 inch tv and it runs fine! no nvidia message popping up and videos play fine except alot of my videos don't have sound obvoiusly i gather the videos where not made in hi def audio which im connected by hdmi but i want this pc in my living room cause it's got a blue ray drive, windows media center and i like how my games look on the big screen. Download, install, and run Driver Booster. I get the nvidia has stopped responding and has recovered everytime i try to open a picture and when i open a video with windows media player it says cannot open memory is too low!. And if you are lack of finding the driver by yourself, this way will be better, no matter you are hitting upon NVIDIA display driver stopped responding and has recovered or AMD, Intel display driver stopped working Windows 10. I get no problems until i open a few pictures or videos. I bought a good spec pc for my living room and to be displayed on my 42 inch tv by hdmi.

Im not sure if it is the graphic card but the the actual screen you are using. It's even beginning to have problems with Photoshop and Firefox too. I'm running: Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo CPU P8400 RAM: 4GB OS: 64-bit Windows 7 Please get back to me on this. It can't even run a low res 2D game without the screen going black. I would like you to fix this problem so that I can start operating my computer normally.
NVIDIA 960M DRIVER STOPS RESPONDING THEN RECOVERS UPDATE
I don't want a notice telling me you know the problem exists, I don't want you to tell me to update Windows. And I am not going out and replacing a perfectly good video card when I already payed over $1500 for a high performance machine that shouldn't be having these problems in the first place. Installing the drivers, updating Windows over and over again.
NVIDIA 960M DRIVER STOPS RESPONDING THEN RECOVERS UPGRADE
I finally decided to upgrade to Windows 7 in the hopes that it would fix the problem, but so far it's only made thing worse! Now Instead of just getting a black screen, sometimes I'll get the blue memory dump screen, or my computer will just abruptly restart. It started out with Windows Vista, with my screen going completely black, then coming back up and telling me that a driver had stopped working and has recovered. This is becoming a serious problem! I've had this laptop for half a year now and it's been doing the same thing since I got it.
